Technical Services
Our Technical Services department is managed by two highly qualified chemists, Mike Taylor and Michel Lim, who between them, have a total of 70 years experience in the industry.
The Chemists look after the day-to-day production issues of:

Regulatory issues such as, CHIP regulations for labelling, Product Information and Safety Data Sheets

Customer advisory services:

BRC and other questionnaires completed

Technical services such as water hardness, solution analysis (strengths) and optimisation

Anaylsis of scales and deposits, linking into regimes for most efficient removal recommendations
